Alma Training was established in 2011 and is a SQA approved centre delivering SVQ’s in Social Services and Healthcare – Levels 2, 3 and 4 along with Personal development awards.

Alma Training works in partnership with Skills Development Scotland and we can therefore offer Modern Apprenticeship places for our SVQ courses (limited places)

What We Deliver

Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) in Social Services and Healthcare allows candidates to demonstrate competence in job related skills in their particular area of work.
It is a requirement by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) that everyone employed in a Social Care environment should have or be working towards achievement of a recognisable qualification.

We can offer single units from any of the SVQ awards we deliver.
